Greetings, I am a Licensed psychotherapist with a holistic approach specializing in trauma and women's issues . As a registered yoga and meditation teacher and dance movement therapist I weave these creative healing arts modalities into my practice as needed and requested by my clients. As a dance movement therapist I realize and understand the importance of releasing traumatic experiences not only in talk therapy but also on a body level. I encorporate the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda medicine , and aromatherapy oils.
