Welcome to a journey of self-discovery & personal growth! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pensacola, Florida, since 2008, I have enjoyed working with adults & couples. Through this experience I have come to appreciate the humanity & complexity of each human being & wholeheartedly believe in the incredible strength of self & amazing capacity for change within each individual. In my practice, I strive to provide a nurturing, curious, compassionate & supportive environment for each client/couple and extend my unwavering support to individuals & couples from the LGBTQ+ community. Intensive couples sessions (90/120 min) avail.
Whether you've experienced trauma or complex trauma, struggle with attachment issues, adult parent/child relationship issues, marital/premarital issues, betrayal trauma, depression, anxiety, stress or relationship issues, know that I'm here to walk alongside you.
