Therapy is a safe space to do such things. Life can be complicated and challenging for a myriad of reasons. My job is to help you untangle this complication and aid you in your journey towards self exploration.
In my 22 years experience working with families and individuals, I’ve met so many fascinating and complex humans. I offer a 60 minute session of talk therapy. During this session I infuse CBT concepts to assist clients in altering their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. With my teens, we do some art therapy and more hands on exercises.
