As a dually licensed therapist I specialize in both mental health therapy as well as substance abuse and affected other counseling. Although I am able to provide either form of treatment alone, it is often appropriate to combine the two as a treatment for those experiencing difficulties due to the co-occurrence of symptoms, whether they have the substance abuse issue themselves or are affected by a loved one's substance abuse.
I am rather eclectic in my approach, drawing on the principles of many theories as the foundation for my work. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and see clients both day and evening hours so that I am able to meet the scheduling needs of everyone no matter what their commitments are.
My practice is centrally located and is a warm and soothing environment where you will feel welcome. I look forward to talking with you and helping you decide what course of treatment is best for you.
