If you are sitting there and wondering to yourself why do I feel this way, why am I not living or producing the life that I desire or maybe you have had some traumatic events in your life that you desire to break through so that you can engage again in life, or that you do not feel comfortable in your own skin. I am here to help with over 21 years of experience in counseling and specializing in psychopathology. I use humor in my sessions to help build rapport and to help clients experience laughter in their day.

I specialize in mood and personality disorders including borderline personality disorder, bi-polar disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, and anxiety disorders. I work with individual adults and adolescence.

I decided to open another office to see clients in person to provide better care. I have realized while providing teletherapy since 2020 due to COVID; that not everyone does well with teletherapy and need in person therapy to really find their path to health and safety.
