I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, I bring specialized training and experience to help guide your healing process. I am committed to providing healing with compassion, integrity, and authenticity.
My goal is to support women in nurturing and caring for themselves as they heal from spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help women move toward lasting wellness and recovery.
