When imagining my ideal client, I don't think about issues or a niche, I think about our connection. Connection is truly the foundation of a therapeutic relationship that results in the best outcomes for the client. Making a connection with a clinician who can hear you and the issues you would like to work on is an important step in making whatever changes you would like to see take place in your life. Taking the first step to investigate this connection, through a free 15 minute phone call would be the best way for us to evaluate this together!
Over the past 10 years, I have had many conversations with clients. While I have a wide array of experiences, I prefer not to focus on or market any particular "specialty" beyond conversation. I will say, I think the clients who have benefited most from our conversations are those in transition- approaching or following a transition that poses new challenges
I understand this process is hard. Finding a therapist can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. Chances are, there are plenty of us here that would do a great job of working with you. I look forward to hearing from you- email, text or phone call is all welcome- to begin the process.
