Hi, I'm Cathy. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Since earning my master’s in clinical counseling in 2008 and becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011, I’ve worked across mental health agencies and substance use treatment settings, as well as managing a private practice for seven years.
