I work with adults and adolescents seeking practical, grounded therapy that helps them feel more regulated, clear, and present in their daily lives. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR-informed therapy, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, CBT, DBT and ACT. Goals within therapy are to identify automatic negative thoughts, build feeling-awareness to bring insightful and lasting change to the mind and body.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, emotional regulation difficulties, depression, self-esteem issues, religious issues, depression, life transitions, burnout, perfectionism, and identity exploration. I frequently work with adolescents and adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in their body and want lasting change.
Sessions are built to help the client know a more authentic self: one that feels safe and secure. You are the expert in your life and together we build a values system that embodies health.
