Have you found yourself feeling overwhelmed and at a loss about how to navigate life with the person you love? Do you ever wonder why everything feels so much harder than it used to? I bring warmth, compassion and expertise as I help you and your partner reimagine your relationship. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is an attachment-based approach designed to help you and your partner understand the patterns that may disconnect you and to integrate new ways of being with one another.

I particularly enjoy working with couples who may be navigating a difficult time in parenthood, dealing with loss, or struggling to integrate different parenting styles.
