Welcome! As a licensed therapist, I have the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique, with their own strengths, experiences, and challenges. I use a holistic approach in my practice, understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. I believe true healing comes when we look at the whole person and work to create balance and well-being in all areas of life. As a therapist with lived experience of ADHD, I have a distinct lens in understanding how ADHD affects our relationships and how we experience the world.
I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. These areas can impact every part of life, but I’m here to help you navigate them with a compassionate, strength-based, and solutions-focused approach. Together, we’ll collaborate to identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and create a treatment plan that works for you.
When working with children, I involve caregivers in the therapeutic process to create lasting change. I help equip parents with practical tools to better support their child’s emotional growth and resilience at home. Regardless of age or challenges, my goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
