I believe that each and every one of us has a truth, and that discussing those truths can be both a powerful and a painful experience. As a therapist, I am honored to help individuals uncover and rediscover what brings fulfillment, meaning, and connection with themselves and others.

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, sexual health, and relationship issues. I look forward to working with those who seek to cope and heal as they move through the ups and downs of life.

My goal is to create a safe space for individuals, one in which they can explore the thoughts, emotions, and obstacles that prevent them from attaining fulfillment. In collaborating together, the goal is to find a more joyful and meaningful way of life.

In the current social and political climate, society's awareness of women's struggles is rising. While these struggles are not new, safe and supportive spaces to explore with other women are needed more than ever. These groups will provide just that: an outlet for women to explore themselves, their lives and their relationships. Participants will also provide support to others through their strengths of experience and insight. These are closed, long-term group. Monday's group is for women who are 35+, Wednesday is for women who are 20/30's.

Exploring Recovery, Addiction, and Wellness

Navigating recovery can be a challenge and there are many gray areas of what works from some, may not work for others. It is a process of becoming the person you want to be and creating a healthy relationship with yourself and with others. Some struggle with complete abstinence, where others come to determine that is the only way for them to recover fully. This group is place to explore where you are in that road of recovery. Recovery is an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual journey and all need help and support along the way.
