I believe that each and every one of us has a truth, and that discussing those truths can be both a powerful and a painful experience. As a therapist, I am honored to help individuals uncover and rediscover what brings fulfillment, meaning, and connection with themselves and others.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, sexual health, and relationship issues. I look forward to working with those who seek to cope and heal as they move through the ups and downs of life.
My goal is to create a safe space for individuals, one in which they can explore the thoughts, emotions, and obstacles that prevent them from attaining fulfillment. In collaborating together, the goal is to find a more joyful and meaningful way of life.

Exploring Your Relationship with Substance Use

Finding a safe place to talk with others about your substance use can be difficult to find. Especially if you are not at the point or ready to enter substance abuse treatment. The pandemic has brought its own challenges, as many are finding themselves more and more isolated. This group is a safe place to explore where you are in your relationship to a substance, the impact it has on your life, and a place to start a dialogue about what you want to do with that information. The group will take place online and will last for ten weeks.
