Exploring Relationship with Substances
There is so much more to healing than simply stopping substance use. Our relationship with substances is often intertwined with many aspects of life, including family, shame, grief, loss, boundaries, risk-taking, identity, sexuality, sex, gender, and relationships. This long-term interpersonal process group offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with substances wherever you are in the change process, with curiosity rather than judgment. A comprehensive assessment (3–6 individual sessions) is required before joining, and members commit to participating for a minimum of six months.

Weekly Adult Interpersonal Group, Virtual
This virtual group is for adults who wish to deepen connection and belonging in their worlds. This is a "Here and Now" process group and will allow members to work on expressing their emotions in the moment in relation to group members. This group focuses around a wide range of issues including trauma, loss, relationships, struggles with self compassion, etc. This group is inclusive and accepting of all individuals and is a safe space for group members to explore openly, without shame. We ask for 6 months commitment and it is a weekly group.

Weekly Process Group for Adults in Recovery
Recovery is about more than abstinence. This ongoing interpersonal psychotherapy group is for adults who are sober from their drug of choice and committed to maintaining their recovery. Using a here-and-now process approach, members explore relationships, emotions, identity, and the deeper patterns that contributed to substance use. Through honest connection and feedback, participants build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and continue the work of healing beyond sobriety. A comprehensive assessment (3–6 individual sessions) is required before joining, and members commit to participating for a minimum of six months.
