Exploring Your Relationship with Substance Use
Finding a safe place to talk with others about your substance use can be difficult to find. Especially if you are not at the point or ready to enter substance abuse treatment. The pandemic has brought its own challenges, as many are finding themselves more and more isolated. This group is a safe place to explore where you are in your relationship to a substance, the impact it has on your life, and a place to start a dialogue about what you want to do with that information. The group will take place in-person and will last for twelve weeks.
