How often do you feel you’ve gone unheard in your life? There is a unique pain in feeling stuck, that you need permission to be yourself, or that you’re in a constant cycle of being everything to everyone while feeling unable to prioritize yourself or your needs, wants, or goals. Familial and interpersonal relationships are at the core of everyone’s support system but navigating feeling good enough and setting and maintaining boundaries in those relationships can be overwhelming, especially when you feel your coping and regulation toolbox is empty. I specialize in working with ADHD and Autism across all ages and couples.

I aim to empower you to claim and advocate for your authentic self and strive to create a welcoming space to replace thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you. We will work together to fully own and commit to the path you want to walk in life and disengage from the deserve versus earn narrative that is keeping you from honoring your truest self.
