Triumph & Thrive: Women's Process Group--Fall 2026
Do you enjoy sharing your experiences and growing through others' too? Craving a space to be real? Want to process life with women who get it? Triumph & Thrive is a process group for women in their 20s-30s ready to go deeper — in relationships, identity, or the parts of themselves still coming into focus. It's a space to practice honesty, authenticity, and real mutual support. 7 sessions, in-person, Mondays 7:00-8:30 PM at Trifecta Health in Dacula, GA, starting September 14. A free 15-minute phone screening is required to ensure fit.
