You know nothing is technically wrong, but it doesn't feel that way. There may be a lingering sense that something is off, even if you can't quite name or pinpoint it. You may be getting through your days, while replaying conversations, second-guessing, or holding yourself to standards that never feel met. It can feel like no matter how much you try to get things right, there's still no real sense of ease. You may find yourself pushing things down just to keep going.

A lot of that makes sense when you understand where it comes from. In our work together, I help you understand why you respond the way you do — because understanding what's driving something is often what makes it possible to change. We look at the patterns underneath, how they developed, and why they still show up. From there, we build something concrete.

We might work on practical skills (boundary language, communication strategies, ways to shift patterns in the moment) or process what happened and what it taught you about yourself. Or both.
