Being a first Generation Latina I believe that culture is important to who we are no matter the background. I support those navigating and managing stress, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, abuse, Military Sexual Trauma, parenting issues, depression and grief. I have worked with people facing life stage changes, supported migrant families, and first responders.
