I am Catherine Dilger, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides counseling to individual adults and couples. I offer a safe haven for healing and growth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, ethical non-monogamy, and relationship challenges. I will work with you to identify your goals and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities. My mission is to help individuals and couples thrive by identifying and addressing what may be standing in the way of achieving the life you want for yourself.

I earned my Master's in Counseling at St. Edward's University. My therapeutic approach is shaped by interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory, and I incorporate parts work (such as internal family systems therapy), somatic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotion-focused therapy into my practice.

Past experiences shape our present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and that influence is sometimes helpful and sometimes not. I will help you discover what is helpful, shift what is unhelpful, and become better equipped to move through the world.
