Hello! My name is Catherine. I am a mom of 3 and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with children and adolescents for over 10 years and in working with them, i have worked with their families as well. I was previously a clinical supervisor, and I decided it was time to do what I do best, and that is help others through trauma informed care and working on self-worth and rebuilding relationships and attachments. Let's deep dive into your childhood to determine where those negative thoughts started, prove those beliefs are wrong and rebuild your new thought process while learning new coping skills.
In our first session, we will get to know each other. We will review any forms you completed, and I will let you tell me what it is you are looking for in therapy. We will not go into depth right away as we need to build a rapport and trust. What are the things that you want to work on? How can I help you achieve your goals?
