Welcome! Taking the first step toward emotional growth and healing takes courage, and I want to honor that. My name is Cathy, and I want you to know that your journey matters deeply to me. I offer a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you are seen, heard, and supported. With my experience, the therapy sessions are brought about in a comfortable setting where we can tackle complex, conflicting, and difficult situations with care and honesty.
With over 19 years of experience, I work with young adults and adults—both individually and in groups—on a wide range of concerns including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ affirming support. I also provide services for Caregivers (adult children & elderly parents), life transitions and communication challenges.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meeting you where you are and helping guide you toward where you want to be. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques and other evidence-based methods to support your unique goals. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and move at a pace that feels right for you.
