Welcome...everyone needs self-care especially in these difficult times. I would be happy to walk with you during this time of change and opportunity. I would like to share a little about myself with you. I was born in Madrid, Spain, an Air Force military child but grew up right here in the Heartland...Omaha, Nebraska. I graduated from Bellevue University & the University of Oklahoma. I have been a therapist for over 18 years and have worked in some pretty interesting environments such as the public school system, residential treatment centers, the department of corrections. Most recently I was a contractor in Seoul, South Korea & Na

I bet you can guess that I like travelling. I am however, home to stay. I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing & Christian counseling with my clients. I have four grand-daughters & two fur babies; Slater a Llasa Apso & Fancy a Chihuahua.

I love cars, riding my motorcycle & tending my plants which I call "the jungle". I am very easy going and use a client centered approach; I view you as the expert. Helping others reach their full potential is my passion and I would like to assist & coach while you transition and make the journey toward healing and change.
