I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating hardships including anxiety, depression, relational struggles, and the quiet but persistent feeling that life shouldn’t be this hard. My approach is rooted in polyvagal theory and attachment science, which means I help you pay close attention to how your nervous system and early relationships shape the way you move through the world. This insight can help initiate change through skill building, self compassion, and self acceptance. Healing isn't about "fixing what's wrong", it's about helping your body and mind feel safe enough to allow your genuine self to emerge.
I work in a way that is supportive and collaborative; you set the pace. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in building the inner peace and groundedness that pain and overwhelm can make hard to access.
