I utilize a psychodynamic approach that employs the power of insight and understanding of the past to empower my clients to become the person they desire to be.
I trained at The Menninger Clinic, where I worked primarily with adults who were seeking relief from a range of symptoms. I am passionate about working with clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, personality disorders and shame.
