I use an eclectic approach when working with people, and individually tailor treatment to be unique to each individual. I often use techniques that are derived from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy.
