I graduated from the University of Texas in 2018 with my Master of Social Work degree. I discovered I had a passion for helping people at a young age and felt it was my calling to become a social worker. I have worked with a broad range of people, from infants to the geriatric population. I have worked in both small and large communities and integrated these experiences to enhance a balanced overview. I have extensive experience working with different family systems, aging, grief, children, and couples throughout my career. I have learned that each individual I have had the privilege of working with has taught me something special.
I have worked with many different populations, ranging from infants to the geriatric population. My focus is on individuals and couples 18 years and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping skills, emotional regulation, and relationship issues.
I believe that everyone needs a safe and caring environment to work through life's challenges. Using a strength-based perspective, I offer warmth, acceptance, and freedom to help you best express yourself.
