As a social worker in the healthcare system, I have worked with individuals from a diverse cultural background who were struggling with an array of issues: depression, anxiety, chronic illness, grief/ loss, crisis, and life stressors.
These experiences have helped me to see the power and resilience that we all have within ourselves but for one reason or another have forgotten about them. My style of counseling focuses on finding those forgotten strengths while using a person-centered approach. Together we will create a treatment plan that will help you meet your goals.
Asking for help can be difficult and my goal is to empower you to develop skills that will help you navigate Life as it happens in a partnership that is safe, free from judgment, and confidential.
