My expertise lies within the subjects of OCD + anxiety, autism, ARFID, ADHD, & folks with chronic illness/physical disability. For whatever reason that may lead you to reach out, I will meet you with compassion & evidence-based tools to empower your healing journey. I work with clients ages 16 & up.

I believe that good therapy is collaborative & not a one-size-fits-all, utilizing a combination of methods based on your goals. I always prioritize care that is neurodivergent-affirming & strengths-based. I am trained in techniques such as emotions-focused work, Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) & more.
