About
Currently accepting new clients - I am passionate about meeting you where you are, celebrating your strengths and challenging the things that are interfering with your ability to experience the fullness of life. No matter what brings you to my door, you are worthy of experiencing all that life has to offer. It is important to me that my clients see therapy as a collaborative process. I utilize a variety of modalities depending on your needs and will work with you to develop a plan for your care that you understand and feel comfortable with.
Whether you’re here because you’ve been in therapy before or you’re seeking therapy for the first time, I know it’s a big decision and I am honored to be considered. If you are unsure how you feel about working together, I always recommend a 15-min phone consultation so we can get to know each other a bit before you schedule your first appointment.
Services available Tuesdays-Saturdays - Services can be in-person, over telehealth or a hybrid of both - Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Activation (BA).
