Hi, I’m Cat! I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, out of control, emotionally dysregulated and unfulfilled. I love working with people who have always felt different and who have struggled to find meaning and belonging in life. My philosophy as an existential therapist is that mental health issues can be exacerbated by a mismatch between the life we are currently living and the life we really want for ourselves. I believe the best place for healing is the place where you feel true alignment with your values, goals, identity, relationships, and desires. I want to help you get there.
