My therapeutic interests and specialties include supporting individuals navigating the following: trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, transitional or adjustment related stress, substance use, and interpersonal relational stress. I work with all stages of the lifespan including: children, adolescence, young adults, adults, and elders/older adults. I offer individual, couples/marital counseling, and family counseling services.
While working together, I prioritize establishing healthy and good relation, while also maintaining a safe and creative space, where clients can feel secure and supported while stretching into the sometimes-uncomfortable feeling of growth and change.
Teaching self-advocacy and supporting individuals leaning into their own unique voice, is both a privilege and honor that makes my walk in counseling with you all the more exciting. I am blessed to be able to hold space for each of my client's unique stories, while helping to carry the lamp as you walk your unique journey.
