I am fluent in both English and Spanish and use an array of modalities including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These are effective and powerful processes that can help resolve feelings of anxiety, depression, sense of loss, trauma, among other issues.

Anger Management
We take a different approach to Anger Management. We don't want you to just "manage" your anger. Rather, our goal is to help you learn from your anger. What is it trying to teach you about yourself? We know however, that unbridled anger can be devastating to you, your family, and your career. Anger is always a secondary emotion and we work to identify the underlying issue. We believe that anger in and of itself is good. Anger is a core emotion that should be felt. Our anger management support groups are kept small enough to provide quality interaction.
