I enjoy working with individuals who need encouragement and support for increasing their satisfaction with life, coping with stress, and in particular, improving relationships. Your questions might include: "What can I change and what are effective ideas for doing so? What are reasonable expectations of myself and others? How can I turn negative into positive coping skills? What are healthy relationships and do I need to set boundaries? Can I effectively address my "stuck points" so that I can move forward?"
A niche: I work well with codependency, addiction-related and recovery issues, in the past or present. For most people, recent events have resulted in stress, overwhelm and conflicts . In addition, some people may have already identified historical and family patterns but think they might still be unresolved in certain areas.
I bring 40 years of effective experience working with people of all ages in homes, treatment settings, schools, and the office.
