I am passionate working with folks who have experienced complex trauma or co-occurring diagnoses. I aim to help those I work with discover their inherent strengths and learn how to utilize them to facilitate their growth and healing. I often work with folks at intersections of oppression, helping them to navigate the challenges they experience while affirming their identities.
I offer individual and couples talk therapy at weekly and bi-weekly cadences. I integrate harm reduction, relational cultural and feminist theories, alongside creative, solution-focused, and strength based interventions.
There is no shame in asking for help. My purpose is to help, not to judge. If you would like to learn more please reach out to set up a free consultation call. I look forward to hearing from you!
