Hi and welcome! I am a mixed indigenous therapist working with adults and couples. If you've been navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, or the weight of systems that weren't built for you, you already know how much that takes. Many of us sense our patterns have roots deeper than this lifetime. Together, we work somatically and relationally, tending to the nervous system, the parts within, and the stories passed down through generations, toward feeling safer in your body, your relationships, and yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, attachment and relational wounds, intergenerational and ancestral healing, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and identity and marginalization. I also work with couples. Using IFS parts work, somatic awareness, DBT, and nervous system attunement, I offer a relational, non-shaming space to understand yourself better.
