I work with adults to develop a partnership for exploring ways to live a fuller, more quality filled life. I believe all of us can benefit from psychotherapy to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and the human condition. Finding meaning in our lives helps us cope with the inevitable suffering we experience on our journey.
During the pandemic, I along with many therapists, shifted to telehealth. Upon returning to the office, most of my clients appreciated the benefits of telehealth and wanted to continue online. I made the decision at the end of 2025 to shift to full-time telehealth.
In my evolution as a therapist I have experience using various therapy models. After 20+ years, I find it difficult to pinpoint a specific model. Therapy is a creative process of exploration into what seems distressing or interesting and has the most energy. I view it as an artful, experiential, in the moment process.
I truly love the work I do and am a warm, nonjudgmental, compassionate person who values developing a genuine connection to join in discovering what is meaningful and fulfilling in one's life.
