I am a bicultural/bilingual, latinx psychologist with extensive experience working with youth of all ages who are struggling with mood, anxiety, and impulse control, and families who have experienced trauma. My goal is to help your family better understand what is happening for your child and how to best support them. I do this by offering strength-based, collaborative psychological assessment, therapy, and consultation services.
I also provide therapy to parents. Our children do not need to be struggling for parenting to feel hard. As a mother of two children myself, I know parenting is hard. Whether you are preparing for parenthood, in the transition/early years, or have been a parent for a decade, parents benefit from a safe space with no judgement to share their worries.
I truly believe that it takes a village to raise children. I hope that I can be part of your village and support you and your child.
