We live in a time where we are both more connected and more lonely than ever. We often feel unseen, unheard, and misunderstood, leading to deep depression and crippling anxiety. I practice Adventure-Based Therapy, taking processing outside the office and into nature, where we will spend a day addressing the wounds that hold you back from living a life full of joy, hope, and, most importantly, connection.
My goals are to help clients feel heard and to help clients feel connected, to themselves and to their communities. I am here to create a safe space with genuine and unconditional positive regard for each client, so that they might have at least one person to share their narrative with- should they feel compelled to.
After more than ten years of providing individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages, I have seen how much damage the pain of isolation does to all of us. Whether you feel disconnected from others, from nature, from your spiritual path, or from yourself, I am here to show you that you are not broken, and you are not alone.
