I think we can all agree that with a rapidly changing environment and social climate, having some guidance to navigate it all is a necessity. Holistically we can work on the complete self by healing the physical and mental portions of our body. I help clients through depression, and other mood disorders. I also work with couples from pre-marital counseling to infidelity and relationship issues. I work from a client-centered orientation, helping you become better versions of you.
I find that working in pre-marital counseling is very rewarding. Where I specialize in relationship issues; I also treat other mood related issues. I focus on the Mental and Emotional aspects of our selves, using holistic treatments and other evidenced based techniques.
I am compassionate and dedicated to the improvement of mental health overall. I have worked with a number of diverse clients which gives me the experience to help many others. I advocate therapy to help release daily mental stress. I strive to heal your heart and your mind. Currently working with clients in Texas and Louisiana.
