Intuitive Eating - Virtual
In this 13-week group, participants will work hands-on with Grace Williams (our in-house Eating Disorder dietitian ) to go through and apply the Intuitive Eating Steps. Intuitive Eating offers an evidence-based approach for individuals struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating. Fall 2026 Virtual Section: Mondays 6-7:30 PM September 14 - December 7, 2026; Illinois residents only.
