You are not alone! I want you to know that. I spent years fumbling in the dark too. I read self help books and went to general therapy. I knew the WHY but not the HOW. - Do you wonder how to heal? - Are you struggling with relationship habits that aren’t serving you? - Does people pleasing and fear of conflict get in the way? Let’s change that up for you! I specialize in working with clients on Divorce, Co-Parenting, and Relationship Coaching (including dating). Half of my practice is working in the Maine legal system as a Guardian Ad Litem or Coparent Mediator. I have supported over 500 clients in their divorce transition.
Trauma informed; I help men and women break-free of toxic and codependent relationships. Using both coaching techniques (NLP, mindset) and therapy (IFS, CBT); you will receive the support, knowledge and skills you need. My style is that we are partners in breaking through what is holding you back from having fulfilling relationships!

Welcome to our 8 week Women's Divorce Support Group. Although, we have women who continue in the group for years post divorce and serve as mentors. Each week, we learn a new skill around Divorce Recovery (boundaries, mindset, calming the central nervous system) and then it's open discussion. In between sessions, you will receive journaling prompts and videos to help you in your journey.
