I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington and a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC). I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, parenting concerns, in addition to other mental health issues. I particularly enjoy working with adult women throughout the lifespan.
