Hello. My name is Caterina Hutchison. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been practicing in the social work field for 20 years. I have worked with many populations, including children, adults, and older adults who have been diagnosed with anxiety, phobias, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, and bipolar disorders. I utilize several counseling techniques, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, SFBT, and Supportive therapies during treatments with my clients. I have always been dedicated to helping others and will continue down this path until the end of my career.
You and I will discuss treatment goals during the first session, revisit them, and update them regularly. The modality choice will depend upon your needs and your comfort level. I am supportive but will also encourage you to try different techniques to better your situation.
