As a clinician I am passionate about working with individuals around their personal goals and identity development, assisting couples in more effective ways to communicate and deepen intimacy, coaching parents who are struggling to show up in a way that feels good and effective with their children, or families who are struggling to navigate the challenges of their unique lifestyle.
I have been working in mental health since 2014 and have training in Expressive Arts, Multicultural Counseling, Grief and Loss, and Rites of Passage. I have a creative and collaborative approach; encouraging growth through authentic and compassionate relating. I work with a diversity of clients including folks of the global majority and LGBTQ+ community.
Often my clients are in places of transition, feeling lost, stuck and overwhelmed and the old strategies aren't working. I believe that you have the capacity to grow and to heal yourself when you feel safe and supported. Finding a path that feels more fulfilling and authentic is available to you.
