With years of experience in the field, I strive to help people navigate a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-harm, mood disorders, self-esteem, family and relationship conflicts, and attachment.
I use evidence-based interventions such as Person Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Relaxation/ Mindfulness-based intervention to meet clients' individual needs.
For any teenager, college student, young adult, adult, or parent seeking a caring and experienced therapist to support them on their healing journey, or any parent seeking services for their child, I aim to offer a supportive, safe, and collaborative space to overcome life’s challenges.
