I use different approaches to counseling, depending your need, learning style, and what's comfortable for you These include EMDR, CBT skills, relational, mindfulness based, neuroscience,and emotion regulation.
I bring compassion, vitality, and honesty to sessions. I have a nurturing and empathetic manner, but can be more directive, or gently challenging when necessary.
