Ashira is Licensed Clinical Social Worker (EMDR Trained), licensed in the states of Mississippi and California with over 13 years of experience in providing quality mental health care in many settings. She utilizes several modalities in the treatment of clients to include cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, solution-focused and strenths-based.
