I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, chronic pain, anger management, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to help clients build coping skills and process difficult experiences.
