About
As each person brings a wealth of experiences, contexts, biology, and neurology, much of our work will be shaped by individualized needs. My base practice incorporates using a wellness orientation, person-centered focus, experiential work, and creativity in counseling.
To name a few, further specific methods that may be incorporated are acceptance and commitment therapy, multicultural therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and neuro-informed counseling.
It can take a lot of courage to embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth. In my teletherapy office, I offer a safe space to those that want to step into their goals. It would be my honor to come to know you and to collaborate with you in putting the past, present, and future pieces together.
