Hello and welcome! My name is Cat and I work with adults and teens who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated and unfulfilled. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating bipolar disorder, addiction, religious deconstruction, major relationship changes, and questions of identity and purpose. My philosophy as an existential therapist is that emotional distress often stems from a mismatch between the life we are living and the life we really want for ourselves. I believe healing begins when you start to understand yourself more deeply and move toward a life that feels most true to you. Let me help you get there.
Together we can explore the pain, uncertainty, and experiences that may feel difficult to carry alone. We’ll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck while tending to the parts of yourself that need extra care and attention. My hope is to help you build a stronger sense of self and move through life with clarity, agency, and intention.
