I support adolescents and adults, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD and Autism). Many of my clients come to me navigating masking, anxiety, depression, loneliness, identity questions, or trauma-related experiences—and they’re looking for a space where they don’t have to explain or shrink who they are.
My approach is person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQ+-affirming. In our work together, my goal is for you to feel truly seen, supported, and understood as you move toward a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and authentically yours.
