I work with adolescents and young adults, particularly those within in the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, exvangelicals or others with religious trauma, disabled individuals, and athletes/former athletes who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness/rejection, identity, and trauma related symptoms. I provide person-centered, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Throughout our time together, you will feel heard, supported and connected so that you can create a meaningful life.
While I work with a wide range of clients, I specialize in neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ individuals, disability and chronic illness, religious trauma, attachment issues, and athletes/former athletes.
I seek to make therapy a comfortable place for you - whether that be in your home, in a coffee shop, nature, or an office. Just like many before you, you may feel nervous or guarded when starting therapy. I want to encourage you that after the first session, many have told me they feel much more comfortable, open, and excited for the next session.
