My work is inclusive of all sexual orientations, identities, lifestyles-traditional or kink. I understand the complexities + unique challenges of non-monogamy.
As a certified yoga instructor for 15+, certified meditation teacher, + somatic-based practitioner, I approach mental health from a holistic viewpoint, recognizing the strong link between body, mind, and spirit. I am also trained in ketamine as therapy + psychedelic integration/harm reduction.
