I use an integrated approach to trauma-informed therapy that prioritizes regulation, present-centered awareness, and relational healing. Over time, you may experience relief from stressors including shame/guilt, depression, anxiety, loneliness, overwhelm, anger, flashbacks, intrusive memories, dissociation, suicidal ideation, and interpersonal distress.
